Complaints

To Make A Complaint Is Your Right So Use It;

We can guide you through the complaint procedure showing you the way to deal with most of the actions involved in making a complaint.We can explain and show you how you should act when  arranging or attending an interview with the police.

How to be safe and protect yourself from intimidation. How to make the interviewing officers aware that you "are aware" of your rights and you intend to pursue them to a conclusion.

We are not trained in Law but have advise to hand if and when needed nor are we qualified to give advise by any authority or agency, but what we are, is a few people who have already experienced and overcome the obstacles and obstructions and sometimes lies that are part of the complaints farce. I have also unfortunately suffered the misfortune of using a solicitor that proved to be somewhat lacking in the competency department and failed to see the case through to its conclusion. ( I won thanks to a real solicitor but lost the chance of damages)

We advise anyone who can to get legal representation to do so, but be sure the solicitor you use is a specialist in police prosecutions and has a case file and reputation to back it up, don't be like me who at the time was not able to do much, due to health and financial reasons, so was forced to take on the only one that would take the case but in the end failed me.

We intend to supply a link to a list of available specialist solicitors.

We will list the complaints that you can make starting with the most severe.

Malfeasance; Dishonest and Illegal behaviour especially by a person in authority. This is usually described as Misconduct in Office or Gross Misconduct and the actual charge being criminal involves a possible prison sentence.

You will find that when making these charges against a police officer of high rank it takes some time to get it investigated and usually by the time it is the culprit has resigned to stop an in force investigation.

It also serves to protect their pension, they usually are on suspension with full pay during this time.
