The Start
Orginized Policing
Was this the beginning of Organised Policing Or Organised Criminality?
The unification of the English police forces took place in the early 1820's and the inauguration of the Metropolitan Police Force and the (C.I.D), was mainly brought about by one man Sir Robert Peel who on the 29th September 1829 set up the London Metropolitan Police Force. I will not waste time here on it's history or any information as it is well documented and readily available at Wikipedia.

I will list crimes on this site that have been committed by officers that are hired and trusted by us, "the public to protect and serve" they are paid public servants. "PRO BONO PUBLICIO" (For The Good Of The People) To this end Sir Robert Peel set out his 9. point guide (The Principals) to ensure that the Constables knew what their duty was and what their place and role in the community was. The 9 Principals are set under "Principals of Policing".
Today the police are required to follow the guidance set out in P.A.C.E. but again this is seldom done and does not alter the attitude or arrogance that is the norm; as they blatantly ignore it continuing to keep the public uninformed of their legal rights in many cases.
Policing should be by Consent not by Oppression
This needs to be addressed as the only reason they (the police) continue to abuse the rules and laws, is that the public are unaware of the rights they have, and the powers available to them to address the corruption in procedure and due process.
We must force Parliament to change the laws so we once again have some control and a say in the way we are treated by those who serve us this includes the M.P's who also are there to represent and supports us.
The link below is to P.A.C.E. 1984 it is a guide to help you understand the police rules of procedure and how they are often wrongfully abused and brutally and excessively executed at times. (Becoming the Norm:)
http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/police/powers/pace-codes/ It is as you will find divided into sections and not all are succinct. I have posted it here as it replaces the 9 original principals that relied on integrity, honesty, neutrality and respect, these no longer exist with-in the police fraternity.
